A 25% deposit secures an approved date; the balance is due 20–30 days before the event.
RESERVATIONS
An inquiry is not a reservation. Booking is finalized once the menu is selected and the initial payment is processed.
CANCELLATIONS
The deposit and $500 chef fee are non-refundable; no refunds for events cancelled within 5 days of a confirmed date.
